Products description

Description:
AH-A05-1 is waterborne blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener for textile printing ink or waterproof agent、dye-fixing agent,starts to be deblocked  above 130℃, and the curing time is shorter with higher curing temperature.For example ,130℃ for 20min;140℃ for 15min;160℃ for 5min. The most suitable curing process should be determined by experiments. 


Application :
1.One-component thermosetting crosslinker of waterborne coatings: improve water resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion, and mechanical properties by crosslinked with waterborne resin.
2.Crosslinker of textile coating and printing ink: improve adhesion, wash resistance, and abrasion resistance.
3.One-component crosslinker of water-based glass paint and metal inner: can replace amino resin, formaldehyde-free, excellent yellowing resistance, improve the performance of flexibility and adhesion.
3.Excellent initial adhesion and nebulization
